• Screen all applicants and interviews promising candidates.
• Produce a shortlist of candidates for the client.
• Agrees with the client arrangements for interviews and selection.
• Informs all successful and unsuccessful candidates of the client’s decision.
• Issue contracts and make job offers on behalf of the client.
• Briefs successful candidates on start dates and completion of all documentation.
