United Motors Co. is the sole distributor for Chrysler, Dodge and Jeep products in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. They are also the largest distributor for Chrysler in the Middle East and have won many manufacturer awards for outstanding achievements in Sales performance, Parts sales and the implementation of the Chrysler CSI programme.
As one of the largest companies in the Saudi automotive market, United Motors employs more than 450 highly trained and experienced staff in nine company owned retail branches and they have appointed a network of authorised dealers throughout the Kingdom to extend their services to clients.
A number of new models are being introduced to strengthen Chrysler’s increasing market share and United Motors are now moving ahead with new training facilities in the company head office and dealership in Riyadh.
This gives a superb opportunity for an experienced Service and Parts Training Manager to work within their After Sales Team with responsibility for the delivery of Service and Parts Training through the provision of Technical Trainers plus a number of courses produced by Daimler Chrysler.
The position will require continual interface with Chrysler principals in Dubai, so the successful applicant should have an After Sales background with strong communication skills, both verbal and written; and the ability to produce and run courses for non-technical disciplines covering Service, Parts and Customer Care.
The participants will be multi-national; all willing to learn, so inspirational and motivational teaching methods will be appreciated as will the willingness to pass on your knowledge to local staff.
The company will offer long-term employment and the position will suit a married couple, or a single person, preferred age 30 - 45.
