Workshop Supervisor (Qatar)
TA leading Land Rover, BMW & Mini importer based in Doha requires a qualified and experienced Workshop Supervisor who can demonstrate proven ' hands-on' shop floor leadership, with sound supervisory and team-leadership skills.
The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the efficiency and productivity of the technicians. This means overseeing both workshop performance and quality control to ensure all jobs are completed to the satisfaction of the customers and manufacturer CSI Standards.
With about 10 Technicians, plus 3 Service Advisors, and 1 Road Tester, processing an average throughput of 30 jobs per day, you will need good communication skills, along with flexibility and patience.
The fully equipped workshop has the latest diagnostic and specialist equipment to help identify faults in engine management systems, electronic fuel injection system, automatic transmission, ABS, Ride Control, Air Bag, Audio and other electrical systems.
Previous Middle East experience will be helpful, but above all continual shop floor involvement and a willingness to adapt to this working environment in a very friendly, desirable and pleasant country are essential.
