Master Technicians - Gulf Region

The importer and retailer of a prestige European car franchise, requires a qualified and experienced Master Technician with the ability to supervise other Technicians through ‘hands-on’ shop floor leadership, with sound supervisory and team-leadership skills.
Flexibility and patience is essential to influence change in a well-established fully equipped workshop; and in supervising Pre Delivery Inspections and Quality Control for all service and repairs.
Candidates will be expected to hold recognised Motor Industry Qualifications, perhaps gained while working for a prestige car franchised dealership or other quality brand.
Must be capable of operating diagnostic and specialist equipment that will help identify faults in engine management system, electronic fuel injection system, automatic transmission, ABS, Ride Control, Air Bag, Audio and other electrical systems.
You will also need good communication and supervisory skills with the ability to train and pass on your skills to the multi-national team of technicians. Your team could include some 10 Technicians, plus 3 Service Advisors, and 1 Road Tester, processing an average throughput of 25 jobs per day.
Previous Middle East experience will be helpful, but above all a commitment to technical Excellence, continual shop floor leadership and a willingness to adapt to this working environment in a very friendly and pleasant country are essential.
