Our client is the sole importer of Toyota, Nissan Diesel, Hitachi equipment and Yamaha motorcycles in Khartoum and has recently acquired the franchise for a leading European Car Rental business.
Expansion and growth offers tremendous opportunity for people with Parts experience to join a major motor company that employs over 1,000 people from different nationalities with current new annual vehicle sales volumes exceeding 5,000 units. As representation covers a large geographic area, expansion plans include new facilities, additional vehicle franchises, finance options plans, used car operations and the launch of a world leading European car rental franchise.
Group Parts Deputy General Manager, will ensure the parts division is capable of returning acceptable return on investment and achieve high customer service levels for all car, commercial vehicle and motorcycle franchises. This will include supporting planning, negotiations with suppliers and the achievement of all sales, profit and customer service level targets.
Develop strong strategic relations with other countries, government and wholesalers to ensure maximum penetration of the Genuine Parts market that will
in turn maximise company profits through good management. Responsibilities will include Budget setting and implementation, P & L accountancy, stock inventory, ordering from the manufacturers and retail marketing campaigns.
Accessory Manager will maximise the company profit through the development, sale and distribution of accessories that will enhance the Toyota product range and provide enthusiastic owners with that exclusive look. You will also oversee the development of car and motorcycle accessories business at all company facilities.
The administration of the department’s operating policies and procedures to achieve high levels of customer service and accessories distribution and management.
Inventory Manager will focus on two areas; National and Branches inventory levels, ensuring that the inventory is maintained within the agreed policy guidelines. And ensure the maximization of company profit through good inventory management to achieve key performance indicator objectives
All of these positions will require a ‘Hands-On’ approach, utilising motivational skills to implement new initiatives and ensure a satisfactory performance from a multi-national staff. Each job will suit a pro-active main dealership Parts Manager or Supervisor, with the know-how to lead and inspire the department through a period of changing priorities.
