This is a sales-led organisation, with 2,500 new Mitsubishi’s sold annually, so you will have sound foundations to deliver profitable business through all channels including retail, leasing, government, and business-to-business. The full range of products is sold, including cars, vans, pick-ups, HGV’s and forklifts, as well as used cars.
Working with the Managing Director you will enjoy autonomy and have full responsibility for P&L and for exceeding aggressive sales and performance targets through managing and developing a multi-national staff of some 100 people operating throughout all sales and service disciplines.
A thorough knowledge of motor trade daily operating controls, computerised systems, financial objectives and CSI is essential, combined with ‘Hands-On’ leadership, strong communication skills and an analytical mind to negotiate sales and performance targets, strategies and procedures with Principals.
Bahrain is the financial capital of the Middle East and recent investments, including the all-new Grand Prix circuit are part of a changing Kingdom that is fast establishing itself on the global market as a country offering an excellent outdoor living environment. You can promote the brands and launch new vehicles off-dealership, bringing new and fresh ideas to high-profile customer events.
